As a sportsman with a love of life, I enjoy working with people like me. I know how frustrating it can be to train flat out and not get the results you want from your efforts or be injured and not know which way to turn both in sport and in life.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people that exercise or compete at amateur and professional levels of various sports and love – absolutely love – moving their bodies. They want to get the most from their sport and life for as long as possible.
I created SAT to enable sportspeople to improve the results they get when performing, increase their gains from exercise time, move their bodies without pain and help recovery from injury both in and out of the sporting arena. SAT is a system designed to raise overall levels of performance at work, play and in life!
With over twenty five years experience in the health and fitness industry, my passion is spreading the message of self confidence, personal growth and wellbeing to the widest possible audience. Together with running SAT, I operate a confidence coaching business for men based in London, compete in sprint triathlons and enjoy public speaking.
